Nashua contracts bought by MTN
I have had a Nashua contract for many years for a card for my iPad. When Nashua contracts were taken over by MTN I received an exorbitant bill. I was told as my contract had expired this was data - not possible and I feel it's a ****. My 3G card has been blocked so many times. Reason given is that I'm out of contract. My iPad is faulty (and I bought a new iPad at R10,999 when the previous one is still perfect). I signed a 24 month contract after trying to resolve it at La Lucia MTN, Gateway MTN, Sandton City MTN. 3 new cards and 10 visits and I should be charging MTN for my time. Now the strike is the excuse. MTN takes payment monthly and the contract can't be cancelled but I haven't had service for 2 months now. How can a company be paid for not delivering service? No good CIO apologising for the strike. When is service going to resume - not that MTN know what they're doing.
