I bought Sony Xperia M on contract at Clearwater Mtn last year February, since my first installment I've being overcharged. I went to mtn Clearwater mall and they told me they can't change my contract all they can do is log a call and gave me the following Ref: USD#***,I am still waiting for feedback, I then went to Mtn Westgate mall a consultant there advised me to go to Mtn head office at Constantia Kloof. I went to Mtn Constantia I was attended to by Mellisa Bezuidenhout who confirmed that I am overcharged monthly since the inception of my contract which is over a year now. She assured me that she will forward it to relevant people within 48hrs and I'll get my money back, that was two months ago or maybe she wanted to say i'll get my money back in 48 months, I never expected to receive such poor service from such a huge brand, rest assured I never buy any pr sfoduct from Mtn again and I will share my horrible experience with all my colleagues, friend and family to make them aware of what kind of service they can expect from mtn.
