MyTunez and CallerTunez

I have called, followed instructions and sent emails but you simply cannot cancel MyTunez or CallerTunez! Every time I load airtime, R1.01 is snatched before I can even make a call! I would like to know how much MTN have deducted from my airtime since my first attempt to cancel and I would like this refunded as well as the subscription cancelled for good!!! This is blatant theft!
