Mysterious Me2U Postpaid to Prepaid - No response

I noticed in April this year that I was being charged for a Me2U postpaid to prepaired on my contract. After numerous calls and MTN operators insisting that I activated this on my contract I was issued withan Incident nr: ********** . After no response and me insisting this is ***** I visited Wedgewood offices in June. An MTN operator told me that he suspects this is ***** and I need to wait 48 hours as this under investigation. Its August and I noticed that this me2u postpaid to prepaid does not appear on my July statement and no response from MTN if they are going to reimburse me for 6 months of bills that they happily took out these huge amounts. I have had terrible service witht he MTN operators on 808 contact number I wait sometimes 15-20 mins to get a response once I tell my story and give them the incident number and late the call is cut and this process starts again. I have 3 contracts with MTN and a loyal customer sicne 2007 and I have made up my mind to let these contracts expire and move to another operator

Dear Nompumelelo,
This is the kind of response I have been receiving since I enquired and why only when I enquired that this me2u post prepaid stopped. I agree you have the known number on my cell contract as this is how I transfer money from my banking app to my son. I asked this question to the operator as well and nobody can tell me who accessed this option and I was told that this is on the system. So please show me proof that I was transferring money via my contract to my son. It doesnt make sense to me ane your own staff have told me that you need to type in a code to access this so that I can transfer money. I was told in June that at 6pm I was tranferring money to my son's phone number and I recalled correctly that day that I was stuck in a traffic jam on Willian Nichol. Please can you explain this to me. I need proof that I accessed this on my contract for me to believe that you have taken my money justly. You will notice in my contract that this has been ongoing since December 2015 and only once it was queried did it stop. I am not entirely satisfied with this and I am definitely not renewing any of my contracts with MTN again. Please do the right thing and reimburse me for the money that you allegedly say that I used on my contract.
