Myn contract

Im so angry and frustrated with MTN South Africa i took out a contract 2 years back and its expiry date is this month now im being sent from one consultant to the other stating that i will be be billed for March i should have called 20 days prior which is something that was never mentioned,MTN and its poor service and then resorting to handing over clients I spoke to Tamlin, Tebogo , Nosikhanya and Thandeka Ndlovu whom all gave me different reasons and explanations. I want this contract cancelled as per its expiring date of this month and not tell me about billings for March
