MyMTN early payment and debit order dates

On the MyMTN app I have an option to make an early payment on the contract device I have but then on when the debit order bounces because of the payment already made, I am getting charged. Why give your customers an option to pay earlier than the stipulated debit order date on the contract and still charge me when they use it??

I am really disappointed by this!!
