MYMTN choice 40GB contract cheated

I’m on a MyMTN Choice 40GB contract. 20GB allocated to my anytime data and the rest promotional data. Video Streaming, music you tube. Whenever I stream YouTube, DStv or Showmax it charges on my anytime data instead of the promotional data. That’s so wrong and I’ve made several calls to have that corrected. I’ve been with MTN for over 16 years. You’d thing that would count for something. Instead it’s just horrible service that’s wasting my many and data usage. I’m very upset as their customer I’m being cheated. Wednesday I streamed dstv for about 15-20 min. 400MB of my anytime data GONE called to sort it out. No help as I was promised Friday it will be resolved by technical people😡
