the guys at the MTN Cornobia store lack knowledge and do not know how to speak to there customers, THEY KEEP GIVING US A RUN AROUND TO UPGRADE OUR CONTRACT. we went first went to the store in June to check when the upgrade is due, the told us to come on the 01/08/2020, went on the 01/08/2020, then they say we must come back on the 08/08/2020 went on the 08/08/2020 and then they tell us it was a system issues and we must come back on the 19/08/2020, so is mtn paying us for our time and money for your staffs lack of Knowledge and also we pay on time for our contract and we pay alot for it, so we must get a run around to get **** service, my poor wife was harrased by your staff a guy at the store screamed at her and said she must listen to him, who the hell gives him the right to speak to her any how, he has no dam right to speak to her any how its women's month and is this how he treats a female, i can get you guys into a lot of **** for the way my wife was treated i want to meet with this person and the store manager to discuss this further he has no right to speak to her any how because your staff dont know how to use a system what kind of *********** people do you guys employ really? and then they shout at her, the guy at the store is got a lot coming to him i want this dam issues resolved, we have to pay you guys plus use our time and petrol to run around and get shouted at wow MTN your l should know how to value people cause your l suck
