MY VOICEMAIL messages are stuck as I'm redirected to the Emergency LINE!

For months now, I've been reporting that I cannot listen to my VOICEMAIL messages through my cellphone number = *** as all the numbers (100 or 132) lead to the Emergency Line(112) when dialling them. THE IDIOTS answering through Twitter DMs keep asking me the most stupid questions, repeatedly, each time I report this issue to them.
