My Terrible Network

The most pathetic service ever.... the voice prompts (after 25 min) cant help with a statement , the robot says send a whatts app to ***, you send the whatts app and the AI cant help you , you get TOLD TO go to another platform MyContract.... wait for it it doest work! yo u call in again and after 40 min , they say they cant change it , you must go in physically.

im not a betting man but i can guarantee you the walk in will be fruitless and they will say you have to call in.

I've spent 1 Hr 25 min trying to get a statement. Beyond pathetic even the government departments function better. please also listen to the call on reference : *** (this is my 3rd attempt)
