My-tel service provider, MTN - Debit order for no account

I have an outstanding debit with My-tel service provider, MTN of R269 even though I do not have an MTN account, which suddenly popped up 4 months ago. This has caused my credit rating to drop and my credit card amount to be reduced as well. No one will respond to me. These are the questions I would like answered.

1. Why did MTN continue to charge me, long after my contract with them was ended many years ago? And suddenly started charging me again 4 months ago? 2. Why did MTN hand me over to the Credit Bureau after failing to pay the unwarranted debt for only one month? 3. Why did MTN not inform me in writing as the law requires, about their intention to hand me over to the Credit Bureau? 4. What am I being charged for, as my contract with MTN effectively ended? 5. How will MTN undo the damage to my reputation as a bad payer of a debt that should not have been? 6. How will MTN compensate me for the inconvenience suffered as a result of default listing which makes it impossible for me to obtain a loan from any banking or financial institution? 7. Will MTN reverse these debit orders and when? 8. How soon will MTN close my account and bring this matter to finality?
