My Struggle continues
Are there any competent staff left at MTN???<br> After FINALLY sorting out my upgrade issues (with no help from MTN) I stupidly take out 2 new contracts for my kids, and then the wrong packages are loaded. Then the consultant has the nerve to tell me \it's better"and when told its not what I want she has an attitude"

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced in store.
We have now made contact with the store in question and requested an update relating to the query. We need to confirm what packages you requested and a turn around time on this being corrected.
The issue pertaining to the service received from the consultants in The Glen Mall will be taken up with the Regional Manager for the area.
We will touch base with you as soon as we get feedback.
