My statement is not correct

I cancelled a package of 2 P40 lite phones on the 18th of August, which was 650 a month for 24 months cause their contract was finished and even paid cancellation fee of 2hundred something, but MTN still want me to pay for the Same phone after cancellation, I used to pay 1thousand 6 hundred or seven, but even after cancellation of R650 I still pay same payment how possible, at this moment I was supposed to have 4 line cause I was having five but they say I have five lines this is madness serious.
