My son went to take a new contract, we were welcomed at the entrance by Ondela. He assisted my son and was very knowledgeable about the handsets and gave sound advice. He was patient, humble and helped us make the proper decision. We then proceeded to Taylon who was an absolute Gem, she made sure the administrative part was completed and explained the warranty processes. She was friendly and humble and had a smile throughout.
