My sim is RICA barred!!

Last year UINSA began its data initiative to help its students with preparing and the subsequent writing of online exams. We were instructed to purchase sim cards that weren't RICA'd as the university would take care of that for us. I activated my sim May/June and received the data accordingly for two months. We were again given data for the Oct/Nov exams. For the months of July,August,September, December, January(2021) and February(2021) I've continued to use the sim as it offered great discounted deals on data. I personally bought the Work-From-Home data bundle costing R149 for 30GB. The year 2020,particularly the second semester, was my last year of studying towards my degree and I can gladly say I have completed my studies. Now that I have officially completed my degree, UNISA has unregistered my number with RICA and now the sim is now RICA barred. This wouldn't ordinarily have been a problem but it is in the circumstances I find myself to be in. In the beginning of February I purchased the Work-From-Home 30GB bundle for R149 and two days later the sim was RICA barred. I'd like to know the way forward as I have over 20GB left on that sim. Speaking to your consultants has not been fruitful as they all say I should deal with UNISA and not them.
