My sim doesn't have network since I did sim swap

My phone was ******. So I went to buy another sim card so I can do a sim swap. My new sim card was successfully registered and I Requested sim swap on *135#. I successfully completed the process and they sent me a message that my request was successful and my sim card will be working in three hours. It's now over a day and my sim is saying no service.
