MY SERVICE IS NOT WORKING

Morning, My cell phone is not working when you dial my number it says I'm not available at the moment. I tried to log a fault but I can't get through to that number. I tried to phone head office and get the most ********** music playing in my ears... Absolutely unbearable. So what the hell am I supposed to do now.... No one at work can get hold of me.
