My Port has been terminated.I'm not on contract

I have been trying to port to Cell C for 2 weeks now and MTN won't release my number. I have sent e-mails to MTN, they do not respond. I cannot get through to their number. Cell C has had numerous peopleon this case as well bu to no avail.!!!!
