My phone of less than a month has wate

I bought a Samsung G130 young2 at Foschini on the 31st October 2015. It was a phone meant to be used by my daughter but kept it to give it to her for Xmas rather. Then suddenly I started noticing that the phone was not charging properly. Then 23/112015 I took it to the store so that it could be taken to MTN or Samsung for repairs. Now 2 months later after several trips to the store. I then requested that MTN be called cause its been way too long. To my dismay Im told that there was water damage and the phone is irrepairable. I strongly disagree with that water damage diagnose. MTN must how me that water. For a R799 phone I must pay a further R330 for diagnostic test they did. MTN its unfair business practice. How do you expect me to pay R330 for a phone I did not even have in my possession. The problem with that phone it was not charging as to where it got the water I dont know. Its broad day light ******* for you to demand a further R330 for a handset that could have been faulty from word go
