My phone is RICA barred

I have not been able to use my phone for over a week now even after I had submitted all the required documents. The sim swap was done on the 9th of June at an MTN store, and I was assured I will be up and running within 24 hours. I have been in constant contact with their customer service and they keep saying I should give it time. At this point it has become frustrating and incovenient.

Cant this be resolved, please ?
