MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING AND SALES DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SELLING.

I have purchase my phone about two weeks ago, i Tried calling and only got trough to mtn on Saturday, The lady advise me that my Hauwei nova 10 will run all my anriod apps as whatsapp facebook etc , Las week friday my phone advise my that my whatsapp is not working and google play sertvice is not supported by this device and now i cant do anything after i have asked her will i be able to use my apps she said yes, I would like to know if i can retrun my device for an new device please.

i DO NOT ACCPET THISAS I HAVE ASK ALL THE QEUSTIONS.
