my phone is gone for repairs for 6 months
my phone was not charging, sent it in for repairs in September 2014. First they tried contacting us on the number that was off not the number that we asked them to contact us on. we only found out about this when we went to query about whats going on with the phone. Then they decided to send it for repairs, first they said we need to pay around R300 and the next week that price was well over R1000. when we queried this they said the price changes all the time. We then told them to send it through our insurance but they only sent it this year. Now 24hr mobility wants to know why they are only receiving it now and cannot repair it without proof from the store. 6 months without a phone and wasn't even offered a loan phone,my sim card no longer works <br> and what is going to happen with guarantee/warrantee as this is a new handset. so sick of mtns poor service!
