My Phone Insurance

I need to claim for my phone insurance i cannot get through their call center for 3 days and no one can send me the forms and i an stuck without a phone and i have blacklisted and have the ITC reported the phone to SAPS , but i cannot get anything from my insurance,,,i am paying for this insurance but i am left in the dark..i need a phone i lost mine and i am frustrated and so mad ...i feel so let down by Mtn and i am going to cancel my contract thats all...<br>
