my phone gone missing from repairs

I took in my phone Sony z3 end of May 2015, received nothing to come to the store to pay for quote. 3rd week of June I visited the store to follow-up, I received a quote that has been there for sometime. 07/07/15 I went to pay for quote , I tried to make follow-ups , Samantha from MTN Vincent store sent an email to repairs shop and cc me but I never received feedback. On the 3rd August I went to Retail Park Store and I was told that my phone cannot be tracked. Email was sent to relevant supervisor but I couldn't get commitment that they will make sure to update me. After a plea to the lady that was helping me, she promised to check response from email. the following day after many attempts to prompt the lady from her personal phone I received a call that my phone has been sent on 2x incorrect stores. I am still waiting & praying that it will eventually delivered to me
