My phone beyond Economic Repair .

The Phone was handed into MTM pavillion about 3 months ago as I could not charge the phone, we waited and waited and waited, eventually I was told that the phone is beyond repair and I haVE to pay R330.00 for handling charges!!! My friend sent an email to the complaints department as to why I should pay this if the phone is not working, needless to say, they never rep****(not surprised)

I duly collected the phone(lots of photos on the phone) and paid the R330.00. Someone at my work told me there is a company called Quickcell in Queensmead Mall - Umbilo that could fix it. The phone was repaired at this place for R350.00- I do have receipts etc. Now my problem is , who on earth can i speak to to get a refund, no matter what number we phone, they put it through and you wait and wait and wait.*** - you then have to wait for repair centre to answer!!!!! i dont want to speak to repair centre i want to speak to management to demand the refund. How can the phone be fixed by an outsider and MTN could not - I wonder if it was ever looked at? please help me, . JOB Card ref!PAVSC*** - Jonathon Allsop

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns and affording us the opportunity to address the same. Kindly accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused

Please note that the R330.00 fee is for inspection of device and not the repair of handset as this is an admin fee when booking the device in for assessment and is non refundable.

We sincerely hope that this is in order and hope that we are able to restore your faith in us.

Kind regards

Kevin
