MY PATIENCE IS UP WITH YOUR *********** STAFF!!!
MTN keep making promises on a Refund that they owe me. Battling for more than a month now to get the money out of MTN. Promises, Promises, Promises. I cannot even get hold of someone to speak at the Finance Department within MTN, no numbers available!!!!!!!! MTN I BEG YOU FOR MY MONEY

Your answer is just not good enough. Why can the public not get hold of your company MTN. No numbers available. Willie Loots Jnr. your Complaint Analyst is promising payback of the money for many a weeks now. When I want to speak to Willem's supervisor, the lady who answers the phone just put me on hold and after a while, then I am being told that he as well as Mr Junior Loots is busy. Is it so hard to MTN to refund money. Will you please give me an indication how long MTN is going to take to pay back the money? Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
