My patience has run out

I originally visited the Sabie branch of MTN on the 8th May 2015 to sign up for a new contract priced at R89 per month for NOKIA ASHA 210 - My choice50. Due to MTN being on strike and delays in getting the phone, not my problem, the contract was only signed on the 1st June . The phone cost then went to R99 per month. The first account I received was for R159.98 which I wrote to the MTN customer services via an email to query and visited the MTN shop in Sabie to complain-- both resulted in no feedback. The second account I received was for R129.01 which again I queried via the Customer services and MTN in Sabie, which I did receive feedback from the Cust Service which asked the most ridiculous questions, such as what is my cell/account number- which was clearly visible in the subject line. A dozen or more emails plus numerous visits to the MTN shop in Sabie did not yield any results so I visited the main MTN shop in Nelspruit (some 120 kms round trip) the gentleman tried his best to resolve the issue and did follow up with some phone calls - BUT STILL NO FEEDBACK FROM MTN ACCOUNTS. The last I heard was I accepted paying R109 per month which is a lie.CANCEL MY CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY
