My order not delivered

I ordered a phone online (upgrade), 2 weeks later I am told my phone order is on pause due to MTN providing DSV with an incorrect number.

Called MTN to correct my details which they promised they did. Today DSV tells me my order is in Limpopo!!!

MTN can cancel my contracts!!! This is ridiculous.
