My number was hacked / ported to another cellphone service provider

My number was hacked / ported to another cellphone service provider . I went to the MTN store to try am recover it but the ladies in MTN South Africa Gateway eMhlanga branch we not willing to assist me . Further more , the person who hacked / ported the account open a cellphone contract for an iPhone 15 and. It was delivered on the 22 October, I went to the store to close it but the service providers were very rude and told me that the phone was already delivered to the address and they do not deal with online issues from MTN since they are the store. The matter got worse when the person ordered another iPhone 15 for the second time and the MTN store approved the contract and order again .MTN South Africa gateway uMhlanga was not helpful at all . The MTN company is really disappointing if they allow things like this to happen.
