My name is Keletso I have an Account with Mtn and I app**** for Device insurance so that I can be safe incase something happens to my device and my Device was ****** on the 3rd of February my phone was ****** and I have submitted everything they needed from me so since I paid the excess fee on 14 February 2024 ever since that day I have been doing a follow up since last week Tuesday telling the phone has been ordered waiting for the courier to collect it and yesterday they told me that they have booked the device for collection so their stories are not corresponding to me at all and I tried calling the complaints department but the phone just rang until it hangs up so I don't know what to do anymore
