My MTNChoice 2GB with Wi-Fi modem contract
On 02/04/2016 I entered the MTN Store in Campus Square - Auckland park. I app**** for the My MTNChoice 2GB with Wi-Fi modem contract which must be linked to my current MTN cellphone contract. The consultant submitted the application to MTN and advised me that the contract should be approved and activated by 04/04/2016. On the Monday morning the consultant phoned me to inform me that the application had been 'rejected' because the application was not complete. He said he was going to resubmit it. On Tuesday morning he called me again to inform me that it had been rejected again, for the same reason. Please understand that by this time I'm becoming agitated. The consultant resubmitted the application a third time, and later that afternoon I was informed that it was rejected again. I informed him to promptly cancel the application since MTN was not interested in my business. I then phoned customer service on *** to complain, and was then transferred to Sales. I was told to reapply online. This is totally unacceptable - why does one have to scream and shout to get service. Is it really that difficult to process an application form?
