My Mtn number is no longer receiving calls.

My number is ***, I was on contract for 3yrs, from 2023 to 2026, my contract got finished now in May, I called Mtn in middle April to cancel the contract so that they transfer my number from contract back to prepaid. The cancelation process was successfully processed according to them but from then I can't receive any incoming calls I can only do outgoing. I went to Mtn store yesterday to sort this issue but I ddnt get any help I was only told to go home and they will sort out on their side. I'm still experiencing this issue may I please get assistance as soon as possible because I drove 12km to Mtn store yesterday but never got assisted.
