MY MTN NUMBER IS BEEN HACKED AGAIN : ***

On the 24 June 2023, my MTN number was hacked, I noticed this when I could not make calls or access my banking App. I immediately called MTN and they confirmed, there was a Sim swop and also the number was also ported to CellC. That was sorted, I managed to get my number back around 29-30 June 2023. Sadly once again on the 25 July 2023, my number is been hacked again, I can't dial out, there is airtime in my phone but if I make calls it says insufficient airtime. If people are calling me it goes to a guy who said he bought the Sim card in JHB CBD and it is only for data. I therefore went to MTN shop at Ferndale On Republic, the consultant said he opened a service request and also did a Sim reset, if the problem is not sorted I should come back the next day to do a Sim swop.

A day later the issue was not sorted, I went back to the store and Sim Swop was done, 24hrs later same issue when I dialled my *** number somebody is answering the phone, or it goes to voicemail and said the number: *** is not available. I paid R65 for this service and I had the number since 2005, I cant loose this number. I feel MTN is not helping here instead I am being told I need to go to the police station to make an affidavit. I am a victim here when the number was hacked the people access my banking App and stole money in my account and I had airtime and minutes that I lost and I never even get compensated for that at MTN.

I need my number back, I cannot loose this number, I have this number for over 20yrs. I took two days off work for this issue to be sorted but nothing, I cant even get through your 135/136 call centre.
