My MTN number got blocked only to find someone took an upgrade on my name in Savannah mall with MTN

My MTN number got blocked only to find someone took an upgrade on my name in Savannah mall with MTN. I logged a complaint only for my affidavit to not be recorded on there system using their *****MTN email. This was on the 14 Jun 2024. Today my number was flagged again and unblocked. I would like for the consultant who handle this upgrade in Savannah mall to be investigated and fired for this *****ulent act against my name.
