My MTN Nghtmare

My MTN nightmare.

So an MTN online consultant called me and offered a contract that includes a single SIM card and a phone, however upon delivery I’m met with a shock of my life, I received two sim cards and a completely different phone from what the consultant and I had agreed upon!!

I then tried on multiple occasions to contact MTN for cancellations with little to know assistance!

Therefore I would like to officially lay a complaint, I want this issue resorted ASAP,

Lastly I’ll never recommend MTN to anyone as they are *****ulent!
