My MTN contract
I recently returned to SA on June 22nd to find out my outstanding billing is over R4000 for both my iPad and my handset. The last payment I made was in May (when I EVENTUALLY received my billing with a rude note telling me that I will be handed over to legal). I only received my May billing towards the end of June to say I owe over R4000. How can this be as I have not used my devices since I left the country in March? On my arrival I find out that MTN is on strike and cannot get hold of the call centre. I am naturally not going to just pay the money without a clear understanding of why I owe so much money when I have been out of the country for 3MONTHS!!! Now I have been handed over to legal who of course have no cooking clue what's going on. STILL the MTN '808' number is of no use to me as the \the call has been closed". COULD SOMEBODY FROM MTN PLEASE CALL ME FOR CLARITY SO I CAN PUT THIS TO BED AND STOP USING A RANDOM PREPAID NUMBER THAT NOONE CAN GET HOLD OF ME ON!!!!

P.S. My handset line should've been capped before I left in March anyway."""
