my line is suspended but i pay my accounts promptl
Mtn suspended my account but i pay my bills every month and now i even cant asstistance in the call centre cause they on strike so i dont know what to do any more cause my bills are upto date

I do know how frustrating this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there are delays in our customer touch points.
According to our records the payment made R1259.40 but has been returned, so that amount is in arrears for 60 days; R11.40 30 days and your current amount is R1283.99 total amount R2554.79.
