My Laptop issue unresolved
My laptop was taken for repair more than 18 months ago and never returned. Efforts to contact MTN in connection with the issue have proved to be futile. A few months ago this.same matter was reported to Hello peter and Mtn.responded. immediately requesting for my contact numbers so they could call me and attend to the matter.I gave them all requested information but nothing ever happened after that. I tried making follow ups again through Hello peter but nothing happened. I'm just trying out again, but not sure if anything will materialize
