my ignored payment of allocation
my contracted finished on December 10 i payed my account on the 21.01.2018 R605 till today it is not allocated and i have called the customer service 20 times and sent them proof of payment but still not allocated. went to the mtn store in kayalami and they sent it to the collection department till today they have not allocated my payment this is really frustrating me im not happy.
