My husband went to apply for credit it didn't go well

My husband went to apply for credit it didn't go well. The guy Nathi from Southgate decided to use my ID number to do an enquiry on my profile without my consent. I have a subscription with transunion n it shows that on the 1st Dec an enquiry was made under my name from a telecommunications shop. I did not give consent I did not apply n this is affecting my credit score. I'm going to also dispute on my profile n I want that enquiry removed immediately.
