My hand set still not delivered

I upgraded my contract over the phone on Monday the third august 2015, The upgrade was successful and was told my handset will be delivered within five days max. On the 5th august 2015 the delivery company company called me to arrange for delivery ,we reached an agreement for the phone to be delivered the following day at work that was on the 6 of august 2015 and no delivery was made on tht day.Yesterday 11/08/2015 only the company contacted me again too arrange for the delivery,that was round about 9:00 in the morning .I heard nothing from them until 16:55 when he was asking for directions.I was already on my way to work. Today no-one called me to say anything.the delivery guys are rude and not fami**** with the places they have to deliver to and i think it is pathetic.Mtn must just cancel my upgrade i will go to vodacom for a new contract.
