My friend is trying to cancel a contract on behalf of her husband for more than 3 weeks now

My friend is trying to cancel a contract on behalf of her husband for more than 3 weeks now. Everyday she calls and be on hold for more than 30 minutes and when someone eventually picks up the phone gets dropped or they cant assist her. This is very bad service and unacceptable
