My first and last experience with MTN

Around February, I got a phone call from an MTN sales agent selling a cellphone contract. I was told that it would a contract worth 12GB a month for 99, to which I agreed. I started becoming concerned when my data would run out fairly quickly for a 12GB deal, but I thought background apps may be the problem so I didn’t pay much attention. Out of curiosity, I downloaded the MTN to see the details of my contract. To my absolute shock, I realized that I had infact been sold a 2GB deal with nonsense such as YouTube data, Music Streaming etc.. The agent who sold me the contract made NO mention of this whatsoever. None of these bundles add any sort of value to my needs as a customer. I was sold 12GB of data. When I call MTN, I am sent pillar to post with no help. I would effectively like to cancel my MTN contract. This was my first and last experience with MTN. I feel ******* and ******** out of my hard earned money by slick telemarketing. Never again
