My experience with MTN, after committing ***** against me, has left me DISGUSTED!

In my personal experience MTN is the most *****ulent, deceptive and most *********** company I have EVER had to deal with. In November 2023 they suddenly stopped my data contract for absolutely no reason. I had been paying on that contract for eight years. When they cut me off without my consent or knowledge and without giving me ANY notice they still billed me for the December month DESPITE having my internet service cut off. I went into my local branch (for obvious reasons I won't mention which branch and who the dealer principle is) but she is the most disgusting person I have ever encountered in my life. Even her own staff are frightened of her because of her manipulative and rude manners. She was not interested in helping me in the least. Despite me going into the store several times MTN kept on deducting money from my account. This continued well into half way of last year. Each month I would go into the branch to find out what is going on? The dealer principle (Who doesn't deserve to be one) told her staff that I wasn't welcome to come into her store anymore DESPITE the notice on the wall of the store that reflected they are obliged under the MTN "Code of Conduct" to do their best in giving me good service, allowing me to ask questions about my account and having access to my information. I was told to write to the Head Office and Accounts department. Long story short, it eventually came out that MTN's contracts department FRUADUENTLY took out another contract in my name WITHOUT my knowledge, consent OR signature. Despite me being the victim of ***** committed by MTN and writing literally DOZENS of emails to various departments I still was not able to be credited and get a refund on the money they had ****** from me. I then opened up a case with the South African Police Services and laid a charge against the dealer principle of the local branch because she could easily have helped me when she had the opportunity to do so but didn't. I charged her through the Small Claims court and IMMEDIATELY I received a letter from her "so-called" MTN Attorney who wanted to charge me for "Harassment" for going into the branch as many times as I did and for harassing the dealer principal who had phoned me just ONCE and when she did she shouted and swore at me. I told her if she swore at me one more time I would put the phone down. She continued to swear at me so I promptly put the phone down in her ear. Then I received this letter from her phony MTN Attorney. I won't embarrass her by giving her name but she couldn't answer me why MTN, having committed ***** against me and then the local branch ADMITTING that the account taken in my name was done *****ENTLY why she was still defending them, while they were the guilty ones I was told that she could charge me with defamation of character and this AFTER the dealer principle had literally shouted and sworn at the police officer who had informed her I had made a case against her. Two weeks after I had charged the dealer principal MTN refunded my money without any explanation or apology. Ironically, since sharing my story with others I have heard dozens of similar cases that have happened to other MTN customers. My advice for those customers is to charge the dealer principals through the 'Small Claims Courts' of your local municipalities, as I did and never mind their "Micky Mouse" lawyers who want to defend the guilty. MTN is DISGUSTING in my personal experience and I DO NOT recommend anyone from doing business with them.
