My data
I did an upgrade on my cell phone contract and I was supposed to receive 100 GB of data and I haven't received it. I made several calls to their call centre and enquiring about this all I seem to get is that they will upload my data the next day but it hasn't happened I did my upgrade in Feb 2016 already. I regret upgrading my contract with then now wished I went to other network providers and now to me this seems like false advertising as what I was promised was not delivered to me ... now I will be stuck with this bad service for the coming 24 months
