MY CREDIT/REFUND PLEASE!!!

I'm still waiting for credit/ refund for paying for a service I did not use. I ordered an LTE package and was told to pay full month and Pro-rata at the same time. and the parcel was delivered 15 days later but they never adjusted my payment accordingly after being told I would get it within 24/48 hours. POOR AND DISPICABLE SERVICE!!!!
