My contract expired in Dec 2022

My contract expired in Dec 2022. I gave written notice in December 2022, to date they have not cancelled it. I don't get the data, and Sim blocked, but MTN bill me every month, now owing over R2000. I phoned, emailed, visited, but they still don't do anything.
