My contract expired a long time ago but MTN won’t let me cancel

This is really frustrating!!! I have been trying to cancel my subscription with MTN however I keep getting invoices when the agents have told me that after paying a certain amount my cancellation will. This is not fair and should be ******* because my contract is expired years ago. I’m really frustrated at this point!
