My contract ended on 11/01/25 inclusive of an 30 day notice, however what is disappointing and frustrating is they continued sending emails of an outstanding balance of R6

My contract ended on 11/01/25 inclusive of an 30 day notice, however what is disappointing and frustrating is they continued sending emails of an outstanding balance of R6.35 which should have been deducted with the last debit order. After consultation with mtn team member, i paid an amount of R35 as a minimum at the store which was verified via sms and the day after with an consultant. I did indicate that im really unhappy about the services and to refrain from sending emails as this is an harassment. I did also state my account is now on credit and i expect the balance to be refunded . Thanks
