My contact is ***, or *** Hello Peter, I relayed the message to the Vuma agent. During the installation, the Vuma technician damaged my neighbour’s roof while installing the fibre string on top. I stay downstairs, but because of Vuma’s work, part of my neighbour’s roof is now badly damaged. I cannot afford to fix it, and it is not my fault. Vuma must come and sort this out urgently. It is rainy and cold, and my neighbours are shouting at me for Vuma’s fault. Please escalate this to your claims team today and give me a case number.
